New to this so trying to navigate around the site.
I am in the process contracts exchanged of taking ownership of a house being built by Miller but not as yet completed. The picture shows the rear garage wall which is concerning, site manager has advised wall is wet due to rain penetration as this wall has a cavity/leaf type of wall with a tray internally the rain apparently has entered the cavity and the internal tray has thrown the rain water onto the wall ? Why only on this property ? We have has really good weather of late and no change in wall appearance in four weeks. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
