Just wanted to post a quick warning for anyone who has wandered around an Avant show home recently and been blown away by the high specification that was included as standard - you're not going to get that from this week forward.
It might be coincidental that their new Chair (from 1 May 2021) used to be the CEO of Persimmon, or it might be that he's introduced a change in direction. I've copied below the old spec and the new spec so that you can compare for yourselves - it's quite a drop, and I was speechless when the sales adviser called me to tell me that the plot I wanted was released, but that there had been a 'slight' change...
