Which countries have the most US $ billionaires?

Where the world's billionaires live
According to Forbes Magazine, there are now 1,226 US dollar billionaires worldwide.
The average billionaire is now worth £3.7bn.
Britain is 7th with just 37 US dollar billionaires.
