BBC is wasting more money

The BBC is spending £40,000 to send their Head of Corporate Communications to Harvard Business School
to take a summer course in advanced management.
No one in the UK able to do this for half the money?
Or shouldn't the BBC be appointing people who don't need training to do their jobs!

Perhaps they should send HR department on a course on recruitment selection!
