Hi
My first post is regarding this:
Girlfriend bought a flat in Poland (she's Polish), a new build paid beforehand. Now built, 2 things are apparent:
1. The ceilings are a massive 3 metres high! She says this wasn't mentioned on the plan but she will double check. It's because of being a floor sharing with shops (hence high).
2. The telecoms box (sockets for broadband/phone, maybe fibre and stuff) is in a really bad location.
The second point the plans said it would be in the hall, but then they moved it on the fly and put it in the doorway to the bedroom. This point also wasn't communicated to my girlfriend.
My question to this lovely forum is: If plans aren't followed:
-Who might you go to for advice?
-Also how much leeway do builders have to stuff like moving the telecoms box, and without telling the customer?
I'm aware this is in Poland but looking for similar situations and advice as I speak better English!
Thank you all.
