New Build : Snagging Inspector
« on: June 05, 2016, 09:15:30 am »
Hi Everybody,

I just wanted to know at what stage can one get a snagging inspector to inspect the structural work that would be legal in court should there be a problem.

Any comment's would be greatly appreciated.

You should get any new home professionally snagged and inspected as soon as it is 100% competed and BEFORE you legally complete the purchase.

The "structural work" you mention will now all be hidden and should have been inspected by the warranty inspector and has a ten year warranty should any cracks etc appear.

I recommend Tim Fee at SnaggingInspections.co.uk call him on 07768 900200
