Insurance - having to take housebuilders to court for snag issues not resolved

Hi
Could you please tell me if there is any insurance you can take out if you need to take housebulders to court over snagging issue delays etc. I know what the NHBC covers but other things that they don't cover.

Check your Home Insurance Policy.
Most have a Legal Protection Insurance that covers legal fees in certain situations. 
On other policies this is an optional extra but well worth the £20 a year extra on your premium.

Be aware they may not include existing disputes.
