Finishing/Decoration behind WC
« on: August 17, 2020, 12:55:47 pm »
I'm gathering my own list of snags/defects for my developer and was wondering what you thought of the way my toilets are presented. To me it looks rushed, shoddy and general poor workmanship.
What do you think?

It really doesn't matter what we think as we are not buying it and not living there.
If you think it is unacceptable, it is.

Looking at it, I wouldn't accept it either though!

It needs a 100mm pipe cover. They are a couple of ponds from Screwfix and clip on .

Thanks Maxell

It should not be up to the homeowner to add pipe pattress and paint the grey pipe white.
All the time homebuyers do their own snagging, both quality and number of defects will only get worse.
