Two extremes of British house prices
« on: November 06, 2012, 11:40:59 am »
Two properties came on the market last week and represent the extremes of the British property market.
A tiny 80sq feet "8ft x 10ft single room flat" in Knightsbridge was on sale for £90,000 and offers were being received in excess of £120,000.
– perhaps because it comes with a sought-after parking permit.

At the other end of the scale, a Middlesborough estate agent is selling a three-bedroom semi-detached house complete with garden for only £750.
Britain's cheapest house does however need "extensive refurbishment"

Another bargain is a two bedroom mid-terrace in County Durham being auctioned with a starting of just £2,500 also in need of "full refurbishment."
