Installing swing at home
« on: April 01, 2020, 03:04:42 pm »
My boy, Malcolm, has birthday coming and what he dreams about (and can't stop yapping about) is a home swing. I was thinking about one that could be mounted in the door-frame. Does any of you have something like that installed? Any tips and tricks or safety measures I should take?

I don't know if it is necessary information but Malcolm weighs about 40 pounds.

You don't say how old you son is, but I am sure that anything other than a baby bouncer is not suitable to be hung in a doorway, especially in a new home!  Your son's safety is paramount.

Buy a swing for the garden or if you have no garden, in normal times take him to the park.
