The render on my new build has not been completed to the elevation drawings.
This causes an issue as the canopy above the front door then does not fit flush to the wall.
The rendering has not been bought low enough and should be 5 brick rows lower. Persimmon never prior to us reserving the house and completing on the property ever said they were deviating from the elevation drawing and the change is significant.
Other homes on the site have the same render design as ours, probably differing from their own elevation drawings, so it is unlikely Persimmon will want to highlight this further.
Please can I have your thoughts.
