If you have 50% equity in your home:
Nationwide and RBS offer a two-year fixed-rate of 2.99%.

If you have 40% equity in your home:
RBS, Skipton Building Society and ING Direct have two-year fixed-rate deals at 3.35% or five year deal at 4.49%

If you have 25% equity in your home:
ING Direct, Northern rock, Coventry and Yorkshire Buildings Society have fixed-rate deals at 3.45% (2 years), 3.93% (3 years) 4.79% (5 years) and 4.99% (10 years)

If you have 20% equity in your home:
Santander and Woolwich have a 4.29% for three years or 5.28% for five years.

If you have 10% equity in your home:
Norwich & Peterborough (5.69%) and Skipton Building Society (5.79%) for two year fix deals.  RBS offer 6.29% fixed rate for five years.

The more equity, the cheaper the loan rates are!
