We're considering a new house on a Bellway development in Harrogate, and this site does suggest it should be "relatively easy to negotiate 10% off" the purchase price (which, since the house we're looking at is well over £500,000 would be no small deal for us).
Given the uncertainty and disruption caused by the Coronavirus lockdown, is this still the case?
And if so, is it simply a case of offering them well below the list price and negotiating?
