An advertisement by Barratt London appears to imply that their "beautiful apartments" in London "could offer better returns than stocks or savings" under the heading:
"The pension with a balcony and en suite bathroom"
As far as I am aware Barratt, is not licensed or regulated by the FSA and cannot therefore give any financial investment advice.
Presumably as this is such a "fantastic investment opportunity", Barratt Group's Pension fund has a fully-invested rental property portfolio in the company's London apartment developments!
