Hello everyone
I am a novice to forums generally but hope to find some interesting topics here.   I am now retired and have more time to spend just doing whatever I please and I am enjoying my new freedom.  I have always believed in home ownership and am interested in what homeowners are currently doing and thinking - perhaps I am nosey.  ;D

Great to have you here.  It is early days at the moment but we hope to generate plenty of discusssion and debate and offer expert help to those that need advice on new home and home ownership matters.
