New build with Kier

Hi all,
New to the forum here, and currently buying with Kier Living.

I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad one, but Kier never seem to be listed on building websites for snagging issues, problems etc with the properties (ignoring the business itself is for sale).

Anyone had any experience?

For a large company, they haven't and don't win many NHBC Pride in the job Quality Awards.

It all a lottery really, a bad housebuilder may have a great site manager on one site, yet a better housebuilder may have a lazy indifferent site manager on one site.  Although neither will stay for long!
