Hi everyone ,
I chanced on snagging.org and sent a PM posted to the 'NewHomeExpert' and was led to this site.
I live in Pembrokeshire, and I am an NHS employee.

Welcome to the Home Owner's Forum.
I have stopped posting on snagging.org because I got little thanks and was just helping to write great content and promoting someone else's website.
At least on here you will get a reply to your questions!
