Found your site on Google upon looking into and researching a situation I have with a new build property and so thought I'd join to see if there's any advice or guidance you guys could provide me with.

Hi and hello to you both.
I will do my best to try and respond as quickly as I can, but I have had a close a family bereavement last Wednesday.
If my response is not clear, or I miss something that will be the reason.
