Hello - here to help home-owners
« on: May 20, 2015, 09:57:00 am »
Howdy all, I'm new to this lease forum stuff so bear with me.

I am a qualified Property/Estate Manager who has decided to leave a well paid senior role in chartered surveyors behind in order to launch my own business. We're fed up with how home-owners are treated on new build estates by certain developers and managing agents.
I'm on this forum to offer help and advice where I can.

Hi - didn't see this until now.

Sorry for the inaccurate post. I'm not a spammer I assure you. I care very much about the rights of new home owners, being one myself and having witnessed first hand how major house builders have taken the mickey.

I must admit that I probably wouldn't have joined the forum had I not worked in property management. My business is a big part of my life and it has shaped my interests outside work. I am not here however, to promote my business.

I do think my experience will be valuable to others so if I can help anyone with a bit of informal guidance from time to time then I will be happy.
