Title: Customer Care: Does it Count?
Post by: vrawlings on January 19, 2015, 10:57:09 am
I joined this forum to help to get a better understanding of the needs and wants from Homeowners and assist in anyway I can! I work in the Insurance Industry in the claims management and processing sector, where I organize multiple parties, such as tradesmen, delivery companies and the insurers themselves. If anyone has any experiences they wish to share, it would be appreciated!

Hi Victoria - and welcome to the forum!
I think if you read the posts on here from new home buyers, virtually all would agree that when it comes to customer service and after sales, the house builders have a great deal of room for improvement!

It is a common theme that not only do all new homes have defects when buyers move in, most also have are put to a great deal of time, trouble and effort to get (force) the reluctant house builders to fix them.
