Glad to have the opportunity to add to the debate on defective new home housing which the public has a right to know about.

I can't see what the problem is, we invest our money in this shoddy workmanship and are expected to keep quiet!

Why line their pockets and have ours stripped trying to make good their work.

People say it will make the properties hard to sell. I look at it as, once its fixed there is no reason that it should not sell, these people should take their blinkers off.

New Home Expert:
Yes it is frustrating why new home buyers don't post on forums.
I think it has as much to do with laziness as it does with fear.

In addition Facebook has killed off online forums.  But......  Facebook is not as good and is not a dedicated website with easy to search for threads and categories.
Here are some other reason why new home buyers don't go public.
