Good for you. If only more people would dare to post.
I can't see what the problem is, we invest our money in this shoddy workmanship and are expected to keep quiet!

Why line their pockets and have ours stripped trying to make good their work.

People say it will make the properties hard to sell. I look at it as, once its fixed there is no reason that it should not sell, these people should take their blinkers off.

Yes it is frustrating why new home buyers don't post on forums.
I think it has as much to do with laziness as it does with fear.

In addition Facebook has killed off online forums.  But......  Facebook is not as good and is not a dedicated website with easy to search for threads and categories.
