Positioning of Air Bricks and DPC?

AOIS:
Please could someone provide some advice with regards to the position of the air bricks and DPC in relation to the landscaping at the front of my property? The DPC is located directly on top of the air bricks.

Is this an acceptable level above the ground to avoid any adverse damp issues?

Had the same problem with my Bloor Home. Building regulations and technical manual require the dpc to be 150mm above finished ground level. They should dig it out and reduce the ground level and put gravel in. The top of the gravel will then be the new ground level. Also the dpc should be revealed as mortaring over the top causes  a breach of the Dpc.

New Home Expert:
As said, DPC should be a minimum of 150mm above finished ground level.
And yes, most of the time the Air bricks for under floor ventilation are directly beneath the dpc.

Please could you confirm if the bottom of the air brick should be at least 150mm above ground level?

I have attached a couple of further images and outlined the DPC level.

In the first image the door threshold looks to sits directly on the DPC level is this acceptable? The landscaping in the image is level with the bottom of the entrance path across the entire flowerbed and therefore looks as if the DPC is only 1 brick high and therefore under the 150mm NHBC regulation?

Is there also a regulation in terms of what intervals air bricks should be spaced please?

I want to be sure of all my fact before I raise the issue.
