Positioning of Air Bricks and DPC?

New Home Expert:
In reality, the top of the airbrick is 150mm above finished ground level.
It should be any lower! (bottom 75mm minimum above FGL.)

The dpc is always under the door threshold so this is OK

Airbricks are spaced at 1.5 - 2m centres at least 600mm for a corner and not under a door or patio door.
