Gaps

What fixes are acceptable for these gaps? Is wood filler + paint an acceptable fix, or both boards taken out and redone?

How about the 3rd one -- between the floor and the kitchen cupboard skirting?

Looks like the skirting board is missing on the first photo, which will close the gaps.
Gap under kitchen unit could be sealed with clear silicone but it is not excessive in my opinion.

Plaster finish looks dreadful by the way.
