I am looking at purchasing a Berkeley home but have some questions in relation to the front of the property. Should the sale progress, I will be instructing a suitably qualified professional to complete a a full snagging inspection. In the meantime, any advice with the following would be very much appreciated.
Image 1 - Brickwork perps don’t look in alignment. (Does this look within tolerance?)
Image 2 - Pointing looks poor in some areas.
Image 3 - Tiled window cill does not look level.

I am quite shocked that this is the standard of a Berkeley new home.
Whilst many would argue the perp joints are within tolerance, Berkeley's own standards should be higher than this.
You are after all paying more for this than a similar size home built by Persimmon, Taylor Wimpey or Barratt.
On a personal level, I would not accept this as it is. It looks like it has been done by an apprentice youngster!

Thank you for your input, my real concern is the issue with the perp joints in image 1, as that is obviously not going to be easy to resolve, and they will most likely refuse anyway as it meets the required NHBC standards/tolerance.

It won't meet standards but to be worse than the tolerances in The NHBC "A Consistent Approach to Finishes" it would need to be dreadful.
Then, as you say, there is the solution.
This would involved taking down all the brickwork in that area and perhaps even sizing bricks before re building so the perp joints line up more vertically.
It is inevitable that the re built area would have a different look to the rest of the house.
