I'm pre-exchange on a David Wilson new build property. I have some reservations around the quality of the exterior brickwork. Not sure if I'm being too picky or if this is something I should ask them to correct (I've seen plenty of posts in this forum with far worse).
It looks like different bricks may have been used on the gable face at the front and there is some variation in the pointing/mortar work in patches. I'm not sure if the colour changes on the gable may just be the lighting or not. When we visited before on an overcast day it's not as prominent, but the poor pointing is!
Any advice much appreciated

On the bottom photo, I would be concerned about the vertical DPC showing on the outside. The middle window is higher than the others and should line up vertically with the window above.
From your photos it appears the brickwork is dirty and needs mortar cleaning from it. The lighter joints can be tinted down to blend in.
Certainly worth flagging this now with the site manager as it will mean they may pay more attention to finishing the rest of the home to a better standard! Do get this professionally snagged and inspected before you move in.
The side elevation brickwork is bland and featureless apart from the tiny eaves window.
