Overseas Aid

How is it we can give £650 million to Pakistan, (you know the country where Bin Laden was found) so they can build schools there.
Yet we in Britain are having our own school building programme CUT as part of the so called austerity measures.

The Prophet:
It has been reported that £10million of overseas aid to Uganda went missing and was found in the bank accounts of close and trusted aides of Uganda's despot Prime Minister, Patrick Amama Mbabazi.

So why is Britain giving £98 million we can ill-afford to Uganda this year?
All too often our overseas aid goes straight into the pockets of the ruling dictators and not to help their country's poor people who need sanitation and fresh water.
