Persimmon CEO Jeff Fairburn Does Not Want To Help His Customers

I saw this posted on the "Persimmons Unhappy Customers" Facebook Group:
This is why they are rated just three stars by their own customers!

"So I wrote a 9 page report to Persimmons Director in Charge (Martin Smith) for East Wales about the problems since January I've experienced. Martin Smith's PA acknowledged it and told me I would get a response in 15 working days, after a month past that deadline and no response (what a shocker) I sent a copy to Jeff Fairburn, CEO of Persimmon to deal with. He's clearly well trained in the Persimmon way of 'passing the buck' as you can clearly see.

Someone in that company wants to man up and take responsibility for a change."
