Not concerned about the cost, more who signed off this product as acceptable when it’s clearly out of the guidelines. Just a bit annoyed at the lack of care and professionalism displayed and wanted to complain about the person from a professional body who deemed it appropriate to put the tick in the box.

That is the problem with new homes.
So called inspectors are regularly turning a blind eye to works that fall even outside their own warranty generous tolerance guidelines.

No one cares.
