Title: Nationwide regular savers get access to 95% mortgages

Nationwide Building Society have a savings account that enable those that have saved regularly for at least six months to qualify for 95% mortgages at comparatively attractive rates.
If savers manage to squirrel away £10,000 or more, they also qualify for a £1,000 cashback when they buy a home.

And I expect this "help" is to the detriment of cash Isa rates.
