CML - Home Repossessions set to increase

The Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) has warned that home repossessions are likely to rise from  a forecasted 40,000 this year to 45,000 in 2012.

It also said that Mortgage "rationing" will stay in force until the end of 2012. 

The CML also expects home sales this year of around 840,000.
