Title: Mole problem

Hello!
I have a problem with moles in my backyard. There are so many I could almost call it a mole infestation! Is it possible to get rid of them on my own? A homemade way or do you need to call in professionals? Did you even encounter mole problem? How did you handle this, and if you had to use the help of professionals could you please recommend someone? I am in Manchester.

I am sure there are ways to kill them yourself (check on Google) but I would think it would be money well spent by bringing in an expert contractor.
