Well if you use Zoopla or any other online valuation websites it may give you a rough idea.
But.........
If you live next door to a well-maintained house, with a well-kept garden it can add as much as 12% to the value of your home
- which would be an extra £19,945 to the average price of a UK home.
Conversely, if you live next door to a "slum" you may find you have to drastically drop your asking price to achieve a sale.
