Britain's cheapest house has just sold for £10,000.
The two-up two-down house in Burnley is described as needing "comprehensive repair and renovation" to make it habitable.

There will always be places where homes are affordable for people. 
Whilst there may not be very good employment prospects there, nearby towns and cities will always provide employment oportunities.
