Rightmove says sellers are dropping asking prices
« on: July 25, 2011, 12:03:50 pm »
Rightmove say that for the first time this year, sellers have dropped their asking prices.
They say prices dropped 1.6% in July, an average of £3,797.
They also claim that the slow housing market has resulted in only 30% of homes finding a buyer this year.

If you want to get a buyer for your home fast in the current market it really does need to be priced dead right.
People will still make offers below the stated price though.
