Title: New house price figures due Tuesday
Post by: Banjo on June 12, 2011, 01:18:07 pm
The latest figures from the Department for Communities and Local Government are released on Tuesday.
These figures will cover April transactions and refer to the actual prices paid on sale completions.

In March, the figures showed  house prices in England rose 1.3% but fell 2.5% in Wales and 0.7% in Scotland.

Recent figures from Halifax and Nationwide would suggest the market is subdued.
