Weston Homes
« on: April 13, 2016, 08:42:34 pm »
We have been really dismayed with Weston Homes after sales service.
We have had serious problems in many areas, including having to have flooring replaced, scratched plaster, scratched shower screen, cracks in communal areas and our flat, parking space 3 months late and not as specified.

Most serious of all is fact we have been charged full service charges even though it is still a building site 5 months later. Management refuse to compensate and are arrogant.
If considering buying from them, check out their atrocious reviews on Facebook. We wish we had!

Thanks for the feedback.

This is exactly why I set this forum up in 2012, so buyers like you could leave honest feedback based on your experiences to act as a warning to others.  House builders would then have tow choices, either lose customers or improve!

All I know about Weston Homes is that they sponsor the Colchester United stadium.
(I say nothing!!)

Regarding your problems and probable misselling misinformation, poor customer service, you should make a claim using the Consumer Code for Home Builders Adjudication Scheme
New Home Blog - New Home Expert is committed to providing help and advice for people having issues with their new homes and difficulties with house builders as well as helping potential buyers reduce the risk of possible problems if they do buy.
