New Home Owner’s Satisfaction Survey Launched
The main website now has a fully independent new home customer satisfaction survey.
Introduced in reaction to the HBF published results of the existing and potentially biased house builder survey, it is intended that it will become the most comprehensive on going review into the UK house building industry.
Unlike the House Builders Federation Survey (http://www.brand-newhomes.co.uk/national-new-home-customer-satisfaction-surveys.htm) (HBF), the survey can be completed at anytime after moving into a new home and the results are available at any time.
All owners of new homes can complete the survey.
There is no need to register and the results are completely anonymous.
