Luxury Flats poorly built
« on: April 10, 2017, 01:50:53 pm »
Hi, 34 of us have all bought a luxury flat on the seafront here on the South Coast.

Even though we have made a 19 point NHBC Claim in 2013, the builder is STILL trying to fix leaks, terrible windows etc.

NHBC seem to be almost useless!

Even though this is a local family run builder, seems to have no after-sales-service conscience.

Name and shame the housebuilder!

The NHBC should now get involved with this on your behalf.
You could also consider joining forces with others and take class action against the housebuilder to get your flats fixed.

Good idea, but NHBC will withdraw if we take legal action against builder.
