Title: Compensation culture gone mad!

A school child was handed £6,000 compensation after being splashed by some custard whilst standing in the dinner queue at his school.
With all the cut-backs the first thing that should go should be daft compensation claims like this.

It was good to see this week that Insurance companies will soon not be allowed to send accident victims details to ambulance chasing persoanl injury legal firms. 
This should reduce the car insurance we all pay for the bogus and inflated personal injury compensation claims.
