Title: Websites tor research on London areas
Post by: Lily70 on January 31, 2015, 11:16:24 am
There used to be a website upmystreet which seemed to be giving more or less reliable information. It was bought by Zoopla and went down after that.

I found checkmyarea.com and findahood.com but they seem to be giving contradicting information.

Can someone please recommend something similar to upmystreet with reliable info?

Basically, I am looking for a one-bedroom in a location commutable to Tower Bridge (and possibly Feltham) with the price under £300,000.

You should check out the links on this page here:   Essential Checks (http://www.brand-newhomes.co.uk/essential-checks-when-buying-a-new-home.htm)
It's not just the neighbourhood but other things like crime and flooding risk etc.
