The Tumbleweed Tiny House Company in America is selling small new houses starting at 6sqm (65sqft) for £10,063 ($16,000) as a DIY kit and £25,157 ($40,000) ready-made.
They come with fully functioning kitchen and bathroom. 
At the top of the range is the "massive" 874sqft - 3 bedroom cottage costing £36,488 ($58,000) as a DIY kit.

900 sq ft for the biggest ...is possibly just a little smaller than the average 3 bed UK property being built now

at £36k (depends what it includes) and its going to be stick built ...as they say over there

then its a question of finding a plot for it ...

Over there .....around £10k  for a little less than an acre in rural areas with dig your own services services
Over here ..... around £120k+  for a plot big enough to fit it on ..average town plot ...more in the countryside or near water
