This is the most important Consultation section to complete is section 7.
We the people, must ensure the housebuilding industry does not have any influence over the New Homes Ombudsman and it must be delivered by a PUBLIC SECTOR body.

The MHCLG are "advising" the industry-led Consumer Code for Home Builders, who it looks are intending to replace their failed DRS with an "Ombudsman"
