Any advice info on the above Developers?
Soon about to purchase from them and any advice or info is greatly appreciated.
Anyone else bought from them? Will be a new build too.

1) Don't use their recommended solicitors
2) Don't legally complete until you have had the house professionally snagged and inspected
3) If you don't have an NHBC warranty cancel and walk away.

Croudace Homes are relatively small company that have been going for years.
But in the end your new home will only be as good as the site manager's care is in building it!
