Advice on researching a builder
« on: March 09, 2020, 12:45:06 pm »
Hello,

I am trying to find any feedback, reviews / completion track record for Ardmore Construction and could find nothing (except the portfolio by Ardmore group themselves).

Are there any sources (besides this forum) with this information available?

Thanks
Elijah

With minnow housebuilders/builders it can go either way.
They could be good and really customer focus because they are small and able to do it, keen to build a reputation, OR they could be totally indifferent and build a rubbish new home.

You should follow the advice on the main website especially
1) Never use the builder's suggested solicitor.
2) Get EVEYTHING in writing
3) Do not buy if an NHBC warranty is not available.
4) Get the home independently professionally inspected before legal completion.
