What can be done to improve Britain's economy?
« on: January 14, 2012, 10:23:54 am »
Life in Britain today is depressing.
The young have no jobs.
The old have little savings and what they do have is being eaten away by inflation, ultra-low interest rates and rising living costs.
The middle-class is feeling the pinch.

So what can the government do to help?
They can't tax.  Raising taxes would be political suicide and would kill any potential of economic growth.
They can't borrow more.  Britain has already borrowed way beyond its means and to an extent it can never repay its loans. Why would anyone lend more?
So what can the government do to pay the bills?

Print money and repay loans - SIMPLES!

We have already started with QE1 and QE2. What happens when the government prints money?
You only have to look at what happened in Zimbabwe, Argentina and Germany after the war – Hyperinflation!
What will happen to your savings and pension funds then?
You will be wiped out that’s what!
