Estate Agents in Ipswich
« on: April 01, 2014, 12:50:35 pm »
I currently live in the North East with my family and we recently found out we have to move to Ipswich for work.
The first problem we have is we thought about buying a new home but as we don't know the area very well we are nervous about the idea.
We've only been down to visit once and have to move fairly fast. We've signed up with a couple of estate agents  as we like the Hadleigh/Bildeston areas. What we really need to know is if people have any recommendations for estate agents in the area? Or know anywhere new houses are being built in the area etc. Would really appreciate any information you can give us.

I suspect this was an adverts for the estate agents you posted a link to (which was removed!)
Quite frankly, looking for a home in a new area has never been easier.
There is RightMove, Findaproperty and Zoopla all of which will have nearly all properties currently on the market for any area you may be looking to move to.

For those that are selling a home , the internet has made this easy and very cost effective.
There is no longer any need whatsoever, to use a local estate agent and pay them thousands of pounds in return for doing very little.  Why you no longer need estate agents to sell your home.
