Title: Beresfords (Essex) - A clear case of MISREPRESENTATION

Suffered a nightmare experience at the hands of this agent, leading to my suffering THOUSANDS of pounds of losses that I am now left to seek recovery of via complaints to The Property Ombudsman (TPO), Trading Standards and a formal legal action.

Good luck with your claim.
At least you have an official independent Ombudsman to hear your case unlike the tens of thousands of new homebuyers suffering in badly built new homes.
