Title: Stamp prices set to rocket

The price of a second-class stamp could increase by 50% under new rules being proposed by Ofcom the Royal Mail regulator.
For first-class there will be "limit" to what the Royal mail can charge.

This could be the biggest rise in postage charges in 170 years.

How can they get away with this?
I thought faxing would see the end of Royal Mail then e mail,  but people still send letters.
Perhaps now it will cost 50p for a second-class stamp people will think twice.
